Issue seems to be solved in version 081

After the upgrade of the FW to the latest version and the replacement of the Cam CI+ module, the problems disappeared (seemed to be a HW issue with cam module).

Installation of the tv channels works fine, but after insterting the CI+ module into the tv the screen is stays black. Already called the cable...

What are the optimal Pixel Precise HD-engine settings? Should the Advanced sharpness, Dynamic contrast, Dynamic backlight, Colour enhancement, HD Natural Motion and Clear LCD options be turned off or...

unplug all the cables and devices (hdmi, usb etc.) and unplug the power, wait for a minutes and plug everythink back in, that should do the trick (= hard reset)

Called the helpdesk today, they adviced to do a hard reset (unplug all cables, so power, hdmi, usb etc.), wait a minute and plug everything back in. So far it seems to work.

Just bought this tv and after the latest software update (Software Upgrade:*000.150.048.014, 2012-11-16) I experience quite some issues. When turning the tv off (standby mode) the tv doesn't react...
