You can check the guide that comes with that remote control, it always have one. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Sometimes, it is always a good idea to buy a universal remote control which works on almost all TV available today. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Try running a video without being connected to the Internet, then reconnect and see the difference. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
The factory reset works for me. I set it up again and works just fine. Though I got a feeling that it will get back on its problem soon. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Same thing actually happened to me. I have set it up twice and then it suddenly worked. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
You can check this page for that. It also has a user guide where you can check the information regarding its cables. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png

I got the same problem with 1 & 2. Were you able to fix this problem already? http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Haha.. I would say that some of their support don't know a lot. Anyway, I got mine fixed with an update as well. Cheers! http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
As long as you have all the right cable for it, you can connect your TV to your MicroCinema system. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
It could be possible that you already have the latest update installed on your TV. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Do you get this problem by watching movies from a DVD/CD player or a HDD or USB Flash Drive? This will depend on the size of the movie you are trying to play which could be normal....
Will it still work if you have a movie more than 4GB? The file is in .mkv format. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
I also have this same problem with Qtom before. I am just expecting for them to add an update to it so it will be fixed. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Hi. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Still no sign of any fix for this problem? I am getting really frustrated.
I don't know what's their basis, but I really don't like the idea that this app is not available in other parts of the world. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
I agree. Few apps I have already tried and used are not that good when it comes to video quality. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
I haven't been done updating yet and just wondering if same thing might happen when I update a few apps I already have. I think I just have to wait for any news regarding this matter....
I will try the reset and hope you are right about this. I am still waiting for any update. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
Thanks for your great help. Good to know that it has been repaired. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
I would also like to know how it's done. Can you share it here? http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
I am also about to upgrade to the latest firmware and I think I have to hold it for a while until this problem get fixed. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
I got this error message before for a whole 3 days time. It could be right that the website server could be down that time. I guess everything is okay now. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-19/vbbiggrin.png
