    some bd do not load - unknown disk

    some bds (which have been working) are not loaded any more with my BDP9500.
    the players display shows "loading disk" and the drive is working and making sounds. but nothing happens...
    after a while "unknown disk" is displayed.
    other dvds and blue rays are working.

    any ideas??
