    hts3541/f7

    Hi
    i connected everything and all was working well. then the back speakers all of a sudden had no sound..when playing tv or during sound test. turned system off and back on. now the opening screen saying philips comes up but after that no video. cant display menu or play dvd. any suggestions on how to fix?

    Looking in the posts for /F7 models they are not supported here.

    My advise is to be sure latest fw is there and try again
