2 TB USB disk not recognized
Hi'
I'm afraid this is a problem some other out there also has experienced. But I post i anyway.
I have connected a brand new 2TB USB disk (Verbatim Store 'n' Save with external power supply) to my new 47PFL6007T/12 TV. I can browse the content on the TV. But when pressing Pause, and the TV try to format the disk, i get message after a few seconds "This USB disk can't be used. Connect another one".
Is a 2TB disk to big? The disk is as default formatted with FAT32 in one partition. A couple of files, some hidden, is stored on the disk. But that should not be an issue? If the disk was recognized by the TV, the format process should be performed and all files deleted?
