Unhappy crash when flashing new firmware ?

    Hi,
    I just have bought a 42pfl6007.
The first thing i wanted to do (even before setting the channel) was to update the software.
After the TV have found the network (wire), i have launch the update.
The TV told me that a new version was avalaible. Fine !
    Actual version : QF1EU-0.1.133.5.0
Two progress bar (during 3 or 4 sec, not more) : loadind and validation.
Then a third progress bar (called programmation) appear and a blue point move from left to right and right to left since about 1 hour.
It's very long time. I'm affraid of a bug. Of course, i've not switched off the TV during this operation.
    What can i do.

    Thanks.

    Hello

    I've bought a device from "55 PFL6007 /K Led tv" series.
I ve recognised that its FW has serious problems and its speed its quiet slow. Comparing to its similars, this is the least functional one.
Eventhough I use the latest version of FW, I can exactly say that it is 10 times slower than LG , samsung, sony, panasonic.
I do not think you will be able to solve the poblem by updating or repearing. So, I request that you should create a new FW.

    Hi Helix.

Did you try to update the software using a USB? if not, please try this. you will find the latest software version on the support page of your set.

    Best regards,
