TwonkyServer service crashes on Win Xp

I have installed Media server 3.0.3 on my Windows XP SP3 desktop, but after that one of installed services (TwonkyServer) crashes all time. Does anybody know the reason?

After reinstalling MediaServer this problem seems disappeared, but there is another problem: I cannot see my PC from my new 55PFL5507K/12 TV set. In the same time I can see it from MyRemotePhilips application on iPad.

Moreover MyRemotePhilips sometimes finds playback TV, but usually doesn't, even though it recognizes TV itself and can be controlled from iPad. It reports "No playback TV found" and recommend to switch DMR on (but it is switched on already).
Did anybody experience such problem?

OK, I have found the reason. Actually it was my misunderstanding. I thought TV automatically connects to WiFi during search for PC. But it does't. Connection should be done before.
