    GoGear Raga SA3RGA - No switching on

    Hi, My wife got one of these MP3 players for Christmas, but when she went to use it to upload music she found it did not work. We thought the battery was dead so plugged it into the laptop but it said it was full. It only seems to work when its plugged in and will not work when its not plugged in. Iv downloaded songbird and updated it and still nothing. The only thing I can think of is the battery is not good or has a fault, or is there something we are missing?

    Yes I did run the repair. But still the same problem.
