A five star review for the 55PFL6007T in the January issue of What Hi-Fi?. The magazine calls it an attractive tv and praises its punchy, vibrant picture and Ambilight. They describe it as "A fantastic TV that should be on anyone's shortlist if they're after a big screen".

Hi,
I have read the article but it doesn't say anything about gaming. Since I am interested in buying this tv, can someone tell me anything about the input lag when connected to a PS3 or Xbox360. I've found some different results across the internet. Is this screen ok for gaming?

Reading the above pdf, I was doubtdful the reviewer had started the TV (as this sometimes happens for sure...).
But No, people should read the online article right here.
A few excerpts from the motion processing problems (that I personaly care about!)
So do I, but is it really a choice !Native motion is smooth, and if you want it you can deploy Philips' Pixel Precise HD and HD Natural Motion processing tech to make it silkier still. For the record, we preferred the picture with all processing switched off.
Yes, we also tell that every time. But new bugs will arise when one is cleared (requiring a couple of fw at least)...There also appeared to be a small software glitch that turned the HD Natural Motion back on when we switched sources – but hopefully that will be ironed out in a firmware update.
Finaly a review that is fair on that topic, even if it was not kept in weaknesses in closing verdict. There are, however, some issues with edge definition: objects can look a little hard and 'processed' at times, showing a small halo around them, and motion isn't the best we've ever seen. There's some instability during quicker camera pans, but it's still on the right side of forgiveable.
Where things start to unravel a bit is when it comes to standard-definition broadcasts. Of course, anything in standard-def (especially some of the ropier Freeview channels) isn't going to look amazing on a 55in television, but even so there's quite a bit of noise and digital artefacts here. You can smooth some of this out by tinkering with the settings, however.
Again, read the full article, good points are also correctly reported.
