Hi,
is your TV listed in the datasheet of your glasses? Also try to switch off every light in the room.

Hi, no one can solve the problem of the connection between PTA 502 and PTA 508 glasses? Connects for 5 seconds and then for the transmission, what should I do?

Hi,
try the PTA517 or PTA518... I heard from some more people, that the 508/507 have problems with the old TVs.

Unfortunately I have the same problem. I sent an e-mail to customer service of Philips about the issue and am waiting for their reply. I really don't understand how philips can say that pta508 is compatible with 46pfl9705 even if it has some compatibility issues with my tv.

I await news from customer service, I probably change his glasses, I do not think there are news, the problem is in my opinion and in the software of the TV, the signal take it but only for a few seconds.

Strange that Philips sells products in a superficial way without having tested

Customer service finally replied my e-mail. They accepted their misleading on this 3D thing. They said early versions of pta 508 may not work properly with 46pfl9705. So they accepted to send me a brand new 3D glasses which is compatible with my tv.
