Youtube freezes

MY firmware is Q554E - 0.96.0.0.
TV Model is 40PFL5507H/12.

When I use Youtube APP, after 10 or 20 or 30 seconds (depending on circumstances) the APP freezes on the last photogram.
The only way to restart SMARTTV is restart TV!

All the other devices (android phone, Windows PC, LG Blueray,IPHONE) works perfectly with youtube.

My broadband is 20 Mb in upload and 1 mb in upload.

I have tried to exclude firewall or connect wired the television (instead of WI-FI), but the APP freezes with simple video or HD video.
Please Help me if possible!!!!!!!!!

since a few days I have something similar. Youtube videos stop at a given time. the TV responds further but still. before the last update it worked better. (but it is very slow it takes a lot of time to start a playlist.)

Hi JAN, I have solved the issue 3 days ago!
In my previous configuration there was only a modem/router sitecom 300N, now in the last configuration I have added a WNDR3700 netgear (I have disabled DHCP and Wifi capabilities of the first modem/router) and now all it works perfectly.
Philips television don't work so smart with all the modems/routers, sorry!!

I have the same problem this days with Youtube app, for 3 month since i buy tv was all good with latest upgrade but now youtube app starting and after one played video show black screen (no video) only sound. My tv is Philips 4000 series Smart LED TV 42PFL4307H/12 107 cm (42") Easy 3D DVB-T2/C with Pixel Plus HD. Anyone please help? I cant play kids videos to my children and i have bed situation.
