    Unhappy ghosting

    Hi this is my first post I have 47PFL6007T/12
    Most of the viewing is fine but one or two things cant get right

    1 When picture panning there is what looks like a cloudy chosting effect. if it pans left to right the effect is vertical if up and down the effect is horzontal more with out side broadcasts
    2 also when screen goes from scene to scene you sometimes get a flicker

    3 And on the smart tv tried twitter app and all I get is a black square on screen ?
    4 also when playing movies from usb hard drive or usb stick quite a bit of stuttering

    Can anyone help please ?

    if probs with spelling I am dyslexic sorry
