    problem with connecting NetTV 46PFL5007K/12 with wifi

    Hi all,

    I have a strage issue.
    during my TV instalation i was able to connect my TV to my wifi network, however, NetTV cannot connect.
    I have checked the settings of my network and it show that TV is connected. but when i am entering the NetTV i am stuck on 3rd step of instalation. There is a black screen with information thet TV is "Connecting..."
    any one know what could be the issue?
    i have the most recent firmware installed.

    Hi,

    can you please tell us, which IP addresses your TV gets (from router): IP, Gateway, DNS... (see network configuration at TV).

    thank you,
    my settings in the TV:

    Network mode: DHCP & Auto IP
    IP: 192.169.10.15
    Netmask: 255.255.254.0
    Gateway: 192.168.10.1
    DNS1: 193.151.112.10
    DNS2: 193.151.112.20

    my external IP taken form www.whatismyip.com is: 193.151.113.162
