    Korean subtitle is not supported so far.

    a.. Subtitle is supported in local playback – USB, Disc (DVD, Blu Ray)
    -> I tried local playback with smi file

    Symptom
    If I press option, I can only see English and Chinese for character set.
    If I push subtitle on remote control, it shows with broken character one time and disappeared.

    Download a software to your PC and try to convert the movie with the subtitles in one MKV file. Then you will see the subtitles playing correctly to the HTS9140
