    No power on MCi/300

    I've have had my MCi300 for just over 2 years and have had no problems with it. I've just come to use it now and there is no power to it. The on/off button has a red dot in the middle of it (it even has this when there is no power to the device). I've tried changing power cables but have had no luck.

    Can anyone help me out?

    Update:

    Finally got the red light to go out by pulling the plug and waiting a while. I've turned it back on and now have a constant orange light. There is nothing on the display screen.
