    I thinkLC37OWU3-SLE1 is a Display-Model. Do you have the model of TV?

    Do you watching DVB-T? What do you see...black screen, any messanges?

    Hi Thomas.


    Could you pelase confirm to me if you're using the internal tuner or an external tuner?
    If you're using an external tuner, have this had an update recently? Please check what resolution this is set to.

    Please also make sure you're running the latest software on your tv (64.14.22). this can be downloaded on the support page together with instructions how to do it on your set.
