Dear all
I have correctly tuned my TV to receive all new french channels but unfortunately I can't receive any image.
It seems that the TV is not able to display HD digital channels.
Is there any software update that would allow me to receive these channels ?
If yes what is the way to perform the update ?

TV bought in 2009.

I can confirm to you that your TV is HD ready, this means you will need an external digital tuner to view the new french HD digital channels.

Yes you are getting it right. When it's HD ready (or anything xx ready) it means you will need an additional device that support this. The built in tuner support DVB-T signals, a HD digital signal is DVB-T2 (more advanced).

So regarding update, I have to say sorry, this is a hardware limitation of your TV and not software.
