No "HD Receiver" icon on the Home screen
I have connected my HD Receiver/PVR to HDMI 1 on my 55HFL5007D/10 TV. Picture and sounds is great. On HDMI2 I have connected my AppleTV using the "Other" connection option. When I press the HOME button I can see the Other icon on the right hand side of the screen on the middle row. Next to it is a blank space, but this is where I have to move the selector and press OK if I want to get my HD Receiver. So can some one tell me how to get an icon in that space?
Attached is a photo of the screen.
