    HMP3000/12 - big problem - purple screen

    Welcome.
    A few days ago I bought HMP3000/12 player.

    At first everything seemed fine, watched 1-2 movies, but when I tried today to play a file while viewing a list of players stuck to the screen and changed the color to purple.

    You can not turn off the remote control, you need to detach from the power supply.

    I updated the firmware to the latest version, but it did not help.

    The player hangs both disk 640 GB and 8 GB pendrivie.

    Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
    Where could be the reason?

    Hi, do you have a Philips-TV or other make. If other make, have you updated the TV-set? How is the HMP3000 connected to TV? The 8GB and 64GB pen drives, which file storage format are you using on pen drives?

    I have 32pfl6007.
    Connected with an HDMI cable.
    I tried FAT32 and NTFS but the problem still persists.

    reconnecting the power/ setting the device to factory settings, is it ok again?

    if not i think you have to go service for this.
