    SB7300 won't pair

I have an SB7300 Shoqbox speaker and it's been working fine with no issues. I hadn't used it for awhile but recently got it out again. However, now it wouldn't pair. I turned it on, it said "ready to pair" but it didn't show up in the list of available bt units on my phone. Same thing happened with another phone, and my Ipad. I reset it by pushing the little thing on the bottom with a paperclip - still no result. It just won't show up when I search for bt devices. Worked fine before but now... no. Any ideas on what might be the cause? I've not dropped it or anything, everything is fine.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting here on the forum. Can you please let me know what is the LED colour of the speaker during/after pairing?

I would recommend you to erase the bluetooth connection memory on your mobile devices and try to connect one of them again.
Be aware of the fact that only one Bluetooth device can be connected with the speaker at a time.

If you need to connect the speaker with another Bluetooth device, follow these steps:
    1. Switch off the Bluetooth function of the first Bluetooth device (this disconnects the Bluetooth connection between the speaker and the device).
    2. Connect the speaker with the second Bluetooth device.

    Kind regards,

Hi, thanks for replying. The light flashes a slow blue just like it always did back when the speaker still worked. I've already tried erasing the connection from memory (on several devices) and attempted to re-pair but, again, the unit is not visible under "available devices". It's invisible, on every device I've tried, regardless of whether the unit has been paired with the speaker before or not.

Any other ideas on how to solve this?

    Hello,

I'm afraid you would need to contact a retailer or your local service centre. They will assist you further with a repair or exchange of the product.

    Kind regards,
    Sarka
