    HTB9550D/12 Doesn't do anything anymore after firmware upgrade

    Hi,

    HTB9550D/12 Doesn't do anything anymore after firmware upgrade but the main menu. I cannot enter any submenu anymore nor can i play any disk or (internet)radio.

    Please help! I only have this set for one day.

    Like I said, just the main menu shows; I can choose one of the sub-menu's and I see the icon change, but the menu doesn't change.
    I have even have had the power cord unplugged the entire night; nothing changed.
    (In original post, I meant 'after firmware upgrade'. The firmware upgrade was successful with no errors)

    Dunno if anyone is interested but Philips customer care asked me to send them the main unit. Via phone they couldn't help me.
