some mp4 not supported by HTS3551/12

For unknown reason HTS3551/12 ignores these mp4 videos/files, reporting them not compatible. But according to HTS manual these shall be supported?:

    1. not supported - no video, audio OK:
    .mp4 format FmtTag: 0x00ff
    Container:
    mp42: MP4 v2 [ISO 14496-14]
    mp41: MP v1 [ISO 14496-14:ch13]
    1920x1080
    Video:
    avc1 H.264/MPEG-4 AVC
    25 F/s 10582 kbps
    1920x1080
    sar & dar 1.778 (16:9)
    Audio:
    mp4a: MPEG-4 AAC LC
    48000Hz 189 kb/s stereo (2/0)

    2. not supported, no audio and video
    .mp4 format FmtTag: 0x00ff
    Container:
    mp42: MP4 v2 [ISO 14496-14]
    isom: mp4 Base Media v1 [ISO 14496-12:2003]
    1920x1444
    Video:
    avc1 H.264/MPEG-4 AVC
    25 F/s 10883 kbps
    1920x1444
    sar & dar 1.330 (~4:3)
    Audio:
    mp4a: MPEG-4 AAC LC
    44100Hz 152 kb/s stereo (2/0)

What is wrong? Why I can't play these files?

i have the same kind of problem except its not the same model of tv as you. It looks like Philips doesn't care one bit about this problem, they'll just tell you its not compatible. I also have a hitachi 2011 and i can read all types of mp4
