Fidelio DS1100/12 - Clock syncs but no sound

Just brought new in box. No output/volume when ipod touch 3rd gen running iOS 4.2.1 Clock syncs and volume controls working, but no sound...Please help! Thank you

advise if you are using an app with it or not...(app is called DockStudio)

if you use DockStudio app, make sure you set the alarm in the app, do not quit the app, if you find it too bright, press the light bulb button on the same page...

this should allow your alarm to be on....

if you wanna to put it at background... make sure it's not mute...and you have set Settings --> Notification --> DockStudio --> all the notifications settings are on.

also.... you cannot press the power button to switch off the screen.... if so, the alarm will be off also
