Philips 42PFL3507H/12 HELP!!!
i bought a philips 42pfl3507h/12, "Smart TV",
i need to wait 5 minutes to open YOU TUBE and then another 20 to write what i am looking for, why i cant write it simply from my remote control that it has characters !!
i must go into menu/setup/TV settings/Sound/Headphones Sound to low down headphones volume, why i cant just simply do it from my remote!!!.When i watch something on Youtube and want to slow down the volume of headphones i mus to go setup!! HUH THE VIDEO IS GONE I MUST START IT FROM THE BEGINNING!!!
try to watch a movie (.avi) from USB it says Video Not Supported, try another one it says Audio Not Supported, Try another one, it says VIDEO NOT SUPPORTED; AUDIO NOT SUPPORTED !!!
IS THERE ANYTHING THAT IS SUPPORTED WITH PHILIPS ??
TOTALLY DISSSAPPOINTED
IT RUNS VERY SLOWLY.
I have the latest firmware Version: T921E_2.12.
Philips, PLEASE GIVE US A BETTER FIRMWARE. I'll be waiting for it.
Thank YOU.
