    DCM3020, on/off power

    I have been having trouble with my DCM3020, it doesnt turn on properly, as soon as i plug it into the power i see the standby light flash and then the clock on the display, and then it turns of and repeats the cycle. i can also hear a clicking sound when this is happening. does anyone know whats wrong and how i can fix it, returning it is not an option as i lost the reciept. i have tried a new power cable but that hasnt changed anything. Any help would be appreciated
