Compatibility with MKV specifications
I store videos using the MKV container. Lately, I've been running into playback issues on my BDP7500BL/12 player. It crashes at various points in the video. I try skipping to a later time but then again I run into a freeze.
I realize then that this is a case of the MKV version. When I re-muxed the video using an older version of MKVToolNix (v5.2.0), the same video plays smoothly.
So, I was hoping if there are plans on releasing a firmware upgrade that addresses this issue.

Hi,
I don't think there will come any update in the future, cause this player is rather old...
