I own a 37PFL9606H/12 for about 6 months now. It has Firmware version Q5551-0.14.104.0

I have this bug on my TV that my screen won't turn on. The Ambilight and sound works, but just no image. I have to power down the TV with the power switch.
This only happens when I use the remote (philips or logitech universal remote) before the TV is fully booted. Happens from cold as well from warm start (standby).

Does Philips know about his bug ?
