My first time on here and I really would like some help, I am hoping someone can help me on here.

I purchased this recorder just over a year ago, it has been such a boon to me, I can record films and programmes while I watch another, but yesterday it froze on the library, won't let me view any of my recordings, just completely freezes. I have read the manual and have done the standby button till it says Philips, but it still won't let me view anything. Could someone help please. The TV on it is fine.

I have the same problem. all was fine until yesterday. Now the recordings menu is frozen. anyone have any ideas

Hi John I actually found someone to help me on PACE and what I had to do is to go into settings and go into format the HD, you lose all your saved recordings but it does free it up, apparently it does it from time to time and this is what you need to do.
