We are a group who show monthly films for charity in a church hall. We would very much like to show foreign films, but to do this we need subtitles at the top of the screen as otherwise people will just not be able to see them.

The manual says that this is possible as an option at the first level of the OPTIONS menu - Subtitle Shift. We have not found this option, and wonder if the reason has to do with the type of DVD - we do not always use Blu-Ray DVDs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
