    32PFL9705 won't connect to wireless router (cisco epc3935)

    In the attached screen on my tv "wireless" is greyed out and cannot be selected. Whats wrong?

    Hi Nx4nx.

    Could you please confirm to me the following:
    1. What software version is installed on the TV? If not the latest, please update.(Can be found on the supportpage for your country)
    2. You got anything connected to the TV?
    2a. If you do, how is it conencted (in example blu-ray connected with HDMI)
    2b. If you got anything connected, please disconnect these and post back the result if you're still experiencing the same.
    3. Can you connect with a wired conenction?
