hi There..Is there anyobody that can help as it seems the people at Philips arent able to give tell me anything - yet !

I have the Philips MC1500H and decided that I was going to setup the internet radio. Simple I thought. I've linked the unit to the wifi but when I go onto the Philips website , and try and select the MyMedia option from the streamium management page, a blank window open with just the words "Streamium Management" at the top. for over a week now I've been trying to get out of Philips some advice but all they tell me is that they are working on this. Me being niave about these things assumes that everybody trying to open this window is also having problems.

i cna see that looking through some of the other posts, users have also ahd problems with the internet radio. Is there anybody that could advise me !
