    unable to turn on 3D

    Hello, i have just bought a 42'' 3D LET TV and it came with it's 3D glasses..I put a 3D (side by side) movie on my usb memory stick and I put it on the TV...I tried to watch it but the 3D option was not ON so I went to the settings to change it, but the TV doesn't let me to enable the 3D option and it stays on the 2D option as it was(The 3D option side by side, has gray color, not white, so it can not be chosen!)...!How can i make the TV let me enable the 3D option ON?
