I exprience soem problems with my home cinema system

-System crashes some times and can't be turned off...
-ARC doesn't work (i also have a philips tv with arc support)
-Quality of playback from movies from usb or my top box (HD) is less than directly connected to the tv
-When i set the volume to 50 my back speakers are still 'whispering'
-Consumer support can't help me... :-(
-The app doesn't work properly and surroundme is not working at all

And yes i have the latest software update...
