I have an MCI 900 which has ceased working. Screen displays the message
'Please Ensure if Ethernet cable is connected.
If there is no progress after one minute then restart the device by switching power off and on.
I have switched power off and on, have left it unplugged, taken it for a long walk and talked to it nicely but it still displays the same message.
Does anyone know a cure??????

i had a similar issue when the firmware tried to upgrade it maybe yours has become corrupt
please try plugging into your router with an ethernet cable and then powering on
the unit should then retrieve the latest firmware from Philips Website and restart
