I am trying to registrate my new HTB3560/12. But I can not find any product-id in the HTB3560/12, nor on the box. Tried to ask help from the chat, but they said to enter the serial number in myphilips to register, but the serial number is 14 caracters long and myphilips requires 16 caracters to enter/accept.

On the German forum I found a thread , there are problems with registrering the HTB3560/12, but they are working on a solution.

What can I do to register my HTB3560/12 ??
