    Htl5120 mono sound with apple tv

    I just bought a htl5120 bar and hooked it up with an optical cable to an apple tv 2 device. Sound comes only through the right hand side. Changing to hdmi does not change the issue. Sending music via bluetooth works and gives stereo. The point of this soundbar for me is as a soundevice with movies streamed through apple tv or music via stream. Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, what needs to be done to correct this?

    We are now investigating this issue. We seen this issue before but we cannot reproduce it now. Would you be so kind to let us know more on:

    - How the device is set up
    - Which device has CEC and if they are switched on
    - Detailed steps on how the issue occurred
    - Reproducibility rate (?%)
