Help,

I'm trying to connect my 40pfl9705 to my stereo.

My stereo only supports optical in. The TV has coax out. So I installed a converter. As it turns out, the setup doesn't work.

I would like to know if the digital audio out port is always on, or do you have to turn it on in the menu somewhere?

Or maybe another suggetion?
