Uitzending gemist 46pfl9706h

Hi, i hope iám posting in the right section.

Today we wanted to watch the dutch "uitzending gemist" app.

When we want to watch the picture is not full size the tv limits but look like a4 paper format.

Last week it was ok, so what happend ?

Can i change somtehing in the settings ?
Or is the format on uitzending gemist changed ?

I have the tv updated today to the latest version q551 104

anyone have the same prblem or better a solution.

I have removed the app "uitzending gemst" switch tv off- on and reinstall the app. I can not find any settings to change the picture size.

Hi,

This can happen when the picture format is set to "unscaled".
Check the setting (when in the app, as the setting is different from TV settings) and set to "Auto fill".
