Just bought a gorgeous 40" 40PFL4707 and got the cable to hook up via HDMI without a problem. Hooked up the DVD player under VIDEO, as we do not have a HDMI DVD player. Once we turn on the DVD player, the sound switches from the cable to the DVD, and when we turn the DVD player off, the sound on the cable is gone completely.

I am worried about connecting anything else, like my Wii, as I have no idea what will happen next. Any ideas would be welcome!
