No sound coming from new SHP2000

Just bought a pair to replace my old headphones that stopped working. Unfortunately there is no sound at all coming from them when I hook them up to my PC. I tried putting them into all of the audio slots and also tried a reboot, and still nothing.

Is there anything I ought to try to fix this problem or am I stuck trying for a refund?

Hi Cenerae,

before bringing them back to the delaler I suggest to test on a different source (MP3 player, radio, etc...).
