    No sound on BBC Radio

    My TV is connected to Internet and I can access all BBC Radio programmes. However, I have no sound and am told that I need Flash. I can then "scroll" down where I can find install "Here", but when I click on "Here" nothing happens. Can anyone help please.

    Flash is not supported on any Philips TV - therefore, anything that relies on flash for output will not work.

    There are several long threads on this in the forum - just searching for 'flash' should give you all the information you need.

    Perhaps I should ask: is there any way of listening to BBC Radio via my TV, which is connected to the Internet?
