    SHB7000 not working on windows

    Good morning.

Yesterday I bough a SHB7000 Bluetooth headset and it was told me that it is compatible with PC mounting a Bluetooth adapter.

I had no problem installing it on my Android smartphone but they doeasn't work on my notebook.

Windows (even it is an XP SP3) recognises and install it (in pairing mode). But, when I try changing the audio settings (control panel > sounds), I can't switch the audio output into the headset device.

It looks like it doesn't recognizes the headset as an audio device. In fact, if I choose the headset properties (control panel>bluetooth devices>properties), there is shown no service associated with the headset.

    Can anybody help me?

    Thank you!

Thank you for your reply, but my PC hasn't Win 7/8 but Win XP. This is quite different because Microsoft has turned off Win XP support since last April.

That's why I'm asking in this forum...
