    How to setup SHG7980

    So I just bought this headset and I unboxed it and found out that it kind of... Doesn't work I guess. Well the situation is like this. I have Windows 7 on my LapTop, when I plugin the USB cord theres comes a little pop up displaying some driver installation, so I wait that up and at the end it says no drivers have been found. And when I want to listen to something no sound come out of them. So I'm confused, do they not work, or do I have to get a driver, If, from where?

    I'm also confused, why does it come only with a USB cord, why not with a Audio and Mic cord
