    No picture

    not getting a picture on TV but getting sound have checked all connections and switched off and on - any suggestions?

    It might help you get more/better feedback if you posted some relevant information regarding your setup:

    - Model of TV?
    - Firmware version?
    - What is connected to the TV? Which type of connection (HDMI, Ethernet, Analog Sound, ...)?
    - Where do you get your TV signal from (direct from antenna? Which type of TV reception - terrestrial/Sat/cable? Set top box?)
