First, i can say that its an excelent product...but firmware update............

I´ve connected by ethernet, enter to online upgrade and as always ( from oct 2011) the message is:

Hi,

I installed the new firmware in my hmp5000/79 and now it crashes every minute or less. It does it when I go to settings but also when I play files. I tried downloading the firmware to a different device and installing again but I still have problems. Any suggestions? Can I install the old FW?

I went trough philips.cl, but you're right it doesn exist on chilean pages, but you can open the results for other countries and you can find it
