I have had this since last june but never used it. Hubby started running so we decide to get it out the box. Plugged it in to pc and I cannot see any programmes to select called Songbird, only open files, use for back up or speed up the system ? The options i have on the little screen at charge & transfer or charge & save then it just says fully charged?

Also when i unplugg from pc I cannot even turn it on even though it says fully charged. I have registered the product today.

Can anyone help me?
