I have been testing the DLNA capability of this device from Windows PC and Android Devices and one issue I have found is that the device can hang which requires a power reset to recover. Clearly if you are trying to control playback of music remotely this is very annoying.

When this happens the device displays "An external uPNP point is active press "<Stop Button>" to abort"

However, the device does not respond to remote control so pressing the <Stop Button> or Power for that matter has no impact.

Only way to recover is to power cycle by switching the device off at the socket (power button on top of device also does not work).

Clearly the SW needs fixing to stop this scenario.

Software level is V5.59S.

I have seen in some cases it seems that there are watchdog timers that return the device to standby but these are usually "connecting to server" timeouts.
