3G connection does not work

The connection to the camera works very well when my iPhone 5 is connected to a Wifi (home wifi or external)
But it does not work when my iPhone 5 is connected in 3G.
I have tried with another iphone5 and I got the exact same problem.
Very frustrating...

Is there a setting required or is it bug in your product ?
I use the M100/12 camera.
