    Question DC190/12 sound on iPod/iPhone is low

    Hello,

    My DC190/12 sound when using the iPod/iPhone dock is low!
    When using MP3 link or radio the sound is fine and sounds loud.
    But when I use the dock for my iPod even if the sound is at 32,
    you can only hear it if there are no other sounds nearby!
    Does anyone know how I can fix this.

    Yes, I tried my iPhone and iPod and I tried a iPod and iPhone of a friend.
    All had the same problem.
