We have a Philips Cineos digital widescreen flat TV 37PF9631D,
the problem is that we don't get any sound with HDMI cable , scart is working fine.
When connection the HDMI-cable with the television from decoder we get the following error: Not supported signal.(no sound) at (connections-aansluitingen)
We also tried:
1. diffrent HDMI-cable: no sound
2. connect HDMI to DVD-player: no sound
3. we already contacted the decoder support by phone and after they reseted our decoder still the same problem (no sound)
